If you have ordered a logo but have not yet received it, please read the following before contacting us. Did you receive confirmation of your order from PayPal? If you have not received a confirmation email from PayPal saying that your order has been processed, then there may have been a problem in actually processing your order. Check your PayPal account at PayPal.com to see if the transaction has been recorded. If not, you will need to re-order. Have you received an email saying your payment has been accepted? When we process your order, we wil accept your payment. When we accept your payment, the PayPal system can send you an email confirming that we have accepted payment - this is your confirmation that we have also processed your order at the GonMad end of things. If you don't receive the email, you can also check your PaylPal account at PayPal.com to see the status of the transaction. If your payment has not been accepted, then we have not had a chance to process your order yet (and you have not been charged by GonMad yet either, the money will still be in your PayPal account). If you are sure your order has been processed by both PayPal and GonMad... ...check your email. We may have had a problem sending the logo to you. If so, and we know we have had a problem, we will email you and let you know. If we haven't emailed you about it, then the chances are that everything seemed OK from our end. In that case, send us an email at logos@gonmad.co.uk and we'll try to sort it out. In the end, if we cannot get a logo through to your phone, we will refund your $2 (sorry, we can't refund the PayPal service charge) directly to your PayPal account. |
