How to Order
  1. Choose the Logo you want, and check its compatible with your model of phone.
  2. Left-click on the logo to add it to your GonMad shopping cart. (A new PayPal shopping cart window will open)
  3. If you wish to buy more than one logo, select 'Continue shopping' in the shopping cart window, the window will close, and you can proceed to select more logos.
  4. When your selection is complete click the 'Checkout' button in the shopping cart window. If this has been closed, click the 'View Cart' button on the main page to re-open your cart.
  5. You will be shown a summary of your order, and the cost.
  6. You are now given the choice of logging in to your existing PayPal account, or signing up for a new one. Its free, very simple, and very useful to have as it allows payments anywhere via email! Its just like paying by credit card, but with extra on-line functionality.
  7. Once logged in (either to your existing account, or your newly created account), you need to give us a few more details in the box marked "Special Instructions"
    Note: PayPal marks this box as optional, but the information detailed below IS REQUIRED for us to be able to send you your logos!
    In the "Special Instructions" box, for each logo ordered we need:
    • Item name (only if you are ordering more than one logo).
      This can be found in the order summary.
    • Mobile number to send to (including international dialing code, ie in the form +12 345 678901 234).
    • Network that the mobile is on (this is very important).
    • Country where the mobile is based.

    Please use one line per logo when ordering more than one logo at a time.
    Note: PayPal may charge 2.6% plus 30c on top of the total price if you are a non-US customer and do not have credit in your PayPal account. This will make the total charge per logo $2.36. That's still a lot cheaper than other logo sites!
  8. Select "No shipping address required".
  9. Then simply click the 'Pay' button, and your order is on its way.
  10. When we receive your order it will be processed as soon as possible. Please note, however, that orders are processed manually. At particularly busy times, or if I am unable to collect email for some time, there may be delays in processing your order.
    If you receive an email stating that we have accepted your payment, but do not receive your logo, please email us as soon as possible at logos@gonmad.co.uk including details of your order and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Note: Due to network restrictions, we may be unable to send logos to some telephone numbers. If we find this to be the case with your number, we will contact you by email, and will either try to send to another number of your choice (at your discretion) or refund your payment via PayPal (if we have already accepted the payment).
To stand the best chance of receiving the logo first time, please leave the phone switched on and in service (ie within network coverage) as much as possible until the logo is received, and the phone should not be 'roaming' in another country or on another network.
