By placing an order for a logo from NokiaLogos@GonMad you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
Regarding the service we supply.
- We will send the logo to the mobile number supplied by you.
- The logo will become the displayed logo for the network which you state in your order.
- It will not be possible for GonMad to remove the logo once it has been received, however we may be able to
restore an approximation of your original network identification for the cost of a single standard logo.
- You will not attempt to resell our service in any way other than providing free links to NokiaLogos@Gonmad.
Regarding the information you supply to us.
- You will not supply the details of another persons mobile phone unless you are sending the logo as a gift
and you are sure that the person will be in no way inconvenienced or offended by the logo sent.
- If you supply us with an incorrect number, and we succesfully send the logo to that number, we will not
resend the logo to the corrected number without standard charge. (If the number is invalid, we will contact
you by email for the correct number).
Regarding the supplied logo.
- You will not retrieve the logo from your phone in order to resell or redistribute the logo.
- You do not own the logo, what you have purchased from GonMad is the service of us sending the logo to your
phone.
- If your phone should malfunction, or the logo is lost from your phone in any other way beyond the control
of GonMad, you will not be entitled to a free resend of the logo.
Regarding the law.
- GonMad is based in the UK, and is run by Dan Gibson. Therefore the actions of this site will be governed by UK law
if required.
